Liora is a Registered Nurse and Lactation Consultant, currently working as a Tamariki Ora (well-child) nurse.

Originally from Mexico, Liora lived in Israel, California and Hawaii before moving to NZ in 2011. She teaches antenatal breastfeeding classes, as well as a new course she developed on Post Natal Depression (PND).

Liora herself experienced mixed success with breastfeeding her three children, as well as Post Natal Depression. This has made her very passionate about supporting new families struggling with the adjustment to parenthood.

She has a BA in History, a BS in Nursing, and a Masters in Public Health, and is currently enrolled in a Graduate Diploma of Psychology at Victoria University. In her spare time she loves spending time with her children, biking, swimming, and lots of dancing.

Liora also sees mums who need breastfeeding help in their homes on a sliding-scale basis. Please contact us if you're interested in a private visit.
